There are different options to reach the Conference venue (Angioin castle) from the Gaeta or Formia.

We are thrilled to announce that hosting the upcoming conference in the beautiful town of Gaeta is the perfect choice for bringing people together from around the world. While digital communication has its merits, there is no substitute for the richness and depth of in-person connections. We recognize the value of networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration that can only be fully realized through direct engagement. By selecting Gaeta as our conference destination, we provide a unique setting where participants can bond, exchange ideas, and create lasting relationships that extend beyond the event itself. We are excited to restart the conference series and look forward to the 2027 conference. By adopting this biennial schedule, we strike a balance between the importance of in-person interactions and our commitment to reducing the carbon footprint associated with frequent conferences.

Covid-19 Precautions

As of May 5th 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) no longer constitutes Covid-19 as a global public health emergency. While Covid-19 has been on the decline, the Indoor Air 2024 conference is taking safety measures to mitigate potential health risks.

• Ventilation: The venue is a historic building featuring only natural ventilation. By choosing this period, we can ensure good air circulation by opening the windows.

Personal Safety

• Keep valuables in your hotel room or a hotel safe. When out for the day, keep essentials with you.

• Keep an eye on your belongings while on the beach.

• If you must leave items in the trunk of your vehicle, place them there prior to arriving at your destination.

• Carry travelers checks instead of large amounts of cash. Divide your money and credit cards.

• Do not leave your sliding glass door or screen open.
